3-4 teaspoons of fruit(your-choice)

1 tsp Chia seeds

1 tbsp of honey or syrup

3/4 cup of milk of your choice

Combine all ingredients from recipe in a jar

Add 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 tsp of brown sugar or coconut sugar

1 extra tsp of maple syrup

Apply lid and shake

Let sit overnight
